Thanksgiving has always been my favorite holiday. While I try to be grateful throughout the year, it is a day when I pause to give thanks for everyone and everything that has happened. The people who have supported me. The challenges that I rose to meet. And the stumbles and mistakes I made on the journey of continuous learning.
This year I am thankful for all of you!
I set my sights on doing something hard: writing the much needed second book. I stepped out of my comfort zone to reflect on the changes that have worked and those that failed, and for the first time I got personal. I wrote about how it feels to lead change and the special skills needed to be respected as a leader, so people follow.
I Need Your Help!
I just learned that there is an existing book entitled "Make Change Happen." In December, I am going to share my first interactive poll to get feedback from as many people as possible on the title of my new book.
Please spread the word! My goal is to build my community. I want to reach executives and change makers. Anyone who comes to mind from the following questions is perfect!
- Who in your network has been a great change leader?
- Who could use some coaching to become a better leader of change?
- Who just doesn't understand the people side of change management, and desperately needs guidance?
- Who wants to grow their skills?
- Who is looking for juicy, warts and all, stories of 25 years of experience in change management?
Encouraging others to sign up for my monthly newsletter helps our community grow. If you could forward this email and let them know to join by pushing the handy dandy button below, they'll get exclusive sneak peeks and updates as my book comes to life, plus practical insights on leading through change without burning out their teams. It's a community of leaders who are done with change fatigue and ready to make transformation work for everyone.

Revisions Are Happening
As of this month, I'm working with a revisions editor to incorporate the suggestions from my beta readers. It's an exciting phase in the writing process.
I know it will create the best book for you, my readers!

What's Coming Next?
Stay tuned for my next newsletter when I will share an exciting change in my life, and start the interactive polls. My goal in the coming months is for you to help shape the final title and cover design, to make this a book that captures peoples' attention and makes them want to pick it up and start learning transformative skills!
